My special guest for this debut episode comes all the way from my hometown of Hong Kong! Please welcome Denise Tam - trollcunning witch and gong fu tea master!

Denise is a folk magic practitioner, and a professional seer trained in the Trolldom tradition. She specializes in cartomancy, spell casting and removal. She works closely with plants in her magical practice.

I met Denise through Instagram when I came across her profile, and I was absolutely fascinated by the fact she is Chinese, living in Hong Kong, and is studying and working with the Trolldom tradition, instead of Daoist or Buddhist magic like one would expect. It is also something I can strangely relate. Of course we bonded over our shared love for witch's herbs and poisonous plants.
